Making an Official Page on Facebook

Go to this link: http://www.facebook.com/pages/create.php
• Select what kind of page it will be : Local Business, Organization, Public figures and/or Bands
• Name the page that you are creating
• Then select the check box at the bottom that states that you are an Official Representative.
• Select Create Official Page at bottom.
• Plug in all of the pertinent information, Then Copy the link to the page.
• Then send that to us to be able to add it to your site.

Steps to allow customers to view your Facebook Page
• Log into your account
• In the dropdown menu for your “Account” select Privacy Settings
• On the Privacy settings page click on the Customize settings
• On the Customized Settings page, go through the different things that you would like to share, and to whom you want to share it with (In the Dropdown Menu) Select Everyone for the options that you want accessible to Non-Facebookers.
• Then go back to your Home Screen and Copy the website location in the URL box.
• Then send that to us to be able to add it to your site.
• (Make sure that the link works, by Logging out of Facebook, and in a new tab paste the link in the URL and see if it directs you to the page you want.)

Setting the Username:
When you’re logged into your profile you’ll need to go to this link.
http://www.facebook.com/username
That sets a username for the Facebook Profile.
